About the Role

In this pivotal role as Manager Clinical Business Support, your focus will be operational management of a work team and organisational development, ensuring our systems, procedures and initiatives are not only effective but continually improving. Your work will help us meet our goals and deliver on our priorities, while making a meaningful difference to the wider team.

Collaboration will be at the heart of what you do. Working closely with other staff, managers and stakeholders, you’ll provide support, guidance and leadership that empowers others to succeed. About You

You’ll be an experienced and motivated leader who brings strong operational, organisational and people skills to this role. With a balance of strategic thinking and practical know-how, you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment and be confident working collaboratively across teams to deliver results.

  • You have strong leadership and management capabilities, including experience in supervising teams, supporting performance, and driving continuous improvement.

  • You bring excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels.

  • You are highly analytical and solutions-focused, with proven experience in project planning, implementation and evaluation, as well as the ability to manage complex issues within legislative and policy frameworks.

  • You bring sound knowledge of organisational policies, procedures and systems, with a commitment to workplace safety and risk management principles.
