WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

This is an exciting opportunity to join BHFLHN as a Patient Flow Nurse, supporting safe timely and effective patient movement from all metropolitan LHN hospitals to all regional public hospitals throughout the state of South Australia. With location being negotiable (with work-from-home flexibility, but will require some weekly office commitment), this role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to contribute to improving the patient journey and discharge experience. You'll work across a 7-day roster, without shift work, and be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering coordinated, person-centred care.

  • Assess patient needs and collaborate with services and agencies to ensure appropriate care pathways

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?
