As a Recruitment Officer, you'll be at the heart of it all, giving crucial support and expert advice to our Hiring Managers. You'll play a key role in making sure we successfully fill our openings and bring in top talent. This is your chance to be part of a team that makes a difference every day!

About the role:

Working collaboratively within the Recruitment Team, and in conjunction with the HR Partnership Team, you will play an integral role in providing:

  • Customer Service to our Hiring Managers and Candidate Care to our future workforce
  • General advice about recruitment, vacancy management, attraction and retention in accordance with SALHN and associated SA Public Sector policies and procedure
  • Efficient use of the vacancy management system including regular reporting, tracking and achieving KPI’s

  • You may have started your career in Recruitment and looking to expand your capabilities, or know this is a career path of interest
