About the Role

As a Senior Revenue Officer – Debt Management, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and delivering debt recovery activities that directly support the financial sustainability of our health service. Reporting to the Manager, Debt Management, you’ll be responsible for managing complex debtor cases, undertaking outbound collection calls, and ensuring accurate processing of fee remissions, write-offs, refunds, and reconciliations. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to compliance will ensure that all activities align with relevant policies and standards.

You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of debt management processes through compliance and efficiency reviews. In this senior position, you’ll provide oversight and guidance to Revenue Officers within the team, supporting their day-to-day activities and helping to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.   • Experience in debt management, finance, or billing systems, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
