About the role

As the Asset Management Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Manager, Engineering Services in the effective delivery of programs and activities across Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS). You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and support services, including the preparation of agendas, meeting notes, correspondence, briefings, and the management of records to ensure efficient program operations.

This role requires a proactive and organised professional who can facilitate timely communication, develop program submissions, and contribute to high-quality business cases. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify costs, outputs, outcomes, and program timeframes, ensuring all initiatives are delivered to the highest standard and support the ongoing optimisation of SCSS buildings and equipment.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and work independently in a dynamic environment. You will have a proven ability to deliver high-quality written communications and support a range of administrative functions.

  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and communicate professionally with staff at all levels.

  • Strong organisational skills with experience in meeting tight deadlines, managing priorities, and supporting meetings and records management.

  • Proactive problem solver with sound judgement, able to analyse data and implement process improvements.

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and experience using Microsoft Office suite and office administrative systems.
