About the Role

As a Senior Support Services Officer, you’ll play a vital role within a dynamic, team-based rehabilitation care setting, working closely with clinicians and patients to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality support services. Reporting to the Team Leader Support Services, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment that supports patient recovery and staff effectiveness. Your proactive approach will help create a responsive service that adapts to patient needs and contributes to a high standard of care.

In this multifaceted role, you will assist with patient care through practical support, contribute to the coordination and delivery of essential services, and uphold hygiene and safety standards across the campus. You’ll also step into other support activities as needed, all while being part of a collaborative team focused on delivering excellence in rehabilitative care. About You

You are a motivated and compassionate individual with a strong background in support services and a commitment to delivering high-quality care within a team-based healthcare environment. Your skills, experience and personal qualities enable you to contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes and the smooth operation of a rehabilitative care setting.

  • Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability and bring relevant experience

  • Communicate with ease and empathy across diverse backgrounds and settings

  • Demonstrate initiative, time management, and the ability to work independently

  • Flexible and reliable with the ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster
