WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Facilities Officer Casual Pool, working across Southern Fleurieu Health Service and Strathalbyn District Health Service. As part of this pool, you’ll be called on to support facility and grounds maintenance on an as-needed basis, helping to ensure our sites remain safe, clean, and well-maintained for patients, staff, and visitors.

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real difference every day.

The Fleurieu Peninsula is just one hour for the city of Adelaide.  It covers the stunning areas and towns of McLaren Vale, through to Strathalbyn, Goolwa, Victor Harbor and Aldinga Beach where you can spend days off experiencing the wineries and award winning restaurants of the southern vales.  Enjoy our stunning coastline from Cape Jervis and Rapid Bay up to Aldinga and Sellicks Beach, whilst only being just over an hour from Adelaide’s CBD.  Catch a glimpse here.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

  • Carry out general facility and grounds maintenance, including minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, mechanical tasks, and rubbish collection
  • Assist with ordering, storing, and issuing supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently, including tractors, watering systems, and power tools
  • Contribute to a safe, positive work environment and support a culture of continuous improvement
