About the Role

As an Allied Health Assistant – Social Work, you’ll be part of a passionate, person-centred team dedicated to helping consumers build independence, confidence, and connection. Working under the guidance of experienced Social Workers, you’ll play a key role in delivering therapeutic and recovery-focused programs that support reintegration into community life.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role—perfect for someone who thrives on making meaningful connections and wants to be part of an environment that values collaboration, compassion, and continuous learning.

About You

You bring warmth, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting people on their mental health journey. You communicate with care, work well in a team, and value professional growth.

You’ll also bring:

  • A Certificate IV in Mental Health (Non-Clinical), or be studying/working towards a relevant qualification
  • The ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and build trust
  • A respectful, ethical, and reliable approach to your work
  • Experience in mental health, disability, or community support (desirable)
