About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Team Leader to join our Specialty Medicine 1 Program at CALHN. In this key leadership position, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in guiding and coordinating the administrative services across the program. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of a vital area within the Medical Directorate, working in alignment with CALHN's values and the broader objectives of SA Health.

As the Administrative Team Leader, you will lead a team of dedicated administration staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of consistent, professional, and effective administrative services, supporting both day-to-day functions and strategic goals. About You

You are a proactive and organised professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff while working independently under broad direction.

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Solid experience in developing and implementing efficient administrative procedures, with sound knowledge of quality, safety, and risk management principles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a strong understanding of administrative functions within SA Health, including HR and WHS frameworks.
