About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking Distribution Coordinators to join our dynamic Food Services Department.

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.

As a Distribution Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare operations through efficient logistics and supply chain management. These positions offer excellent work-life balance whilst contributing to meaningful work that directly impacts patient care and community health outcomes.

The Food Services Department is responsible for providing high quality meals to patients and staff in the facility. The Distribution Coordinator will be required to work between the hours of 06:00 and 21:30 over a seven-day roster.
 
In this key role, you will provide orientation, training and supervision of the Catering Attendants and Catering Attendant Team Leaders, (early and late shift) accountability for safe food handling practices, ensuring kitchen and dishwasher area cleanliness and compliance with all departmental policies and guidelines, and with the standards outlined in the NALHN LMH Food Safety Program. Project work is actively undertaken as part of this role.
