This position is responsible for the facilitation and promotion of the assessment components of the SAASfit program. They will also provide support to the Senior Exercise Physiologist and Operations Manager, Executive Operations Support (EOS) with day to day coordination and ensuring the SAASfit program remains responsive to the needs of the organisation as well as achieving the programs core objectives.

Key Responsibilities: 

Program Coordination and Development- Support the strategic development of the SAASfit program by assisting with annual assessment scheduling, developing program tools and educational materials, and maintaining comprehensive records for monthly reporting and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Comprehensive Fitness Assessment Delivery - Conduct detailed fitness assessments including cardiovascular fitness, strength, core stability and flexibility evaluations across multiple state-wide locations, while providing personalised goal coaching and lifestyle advice to maximise staff participation and outcomes


Clinical Exercise Intervention and Rehabilitation- Apply evidence-based clinical reasoning to develop safe, individualised exercise interventions and provide exercise-based rehabilitation services to restore functional capacity, including movement assessments and chronic condition prevention programs


Education and Training Program Delivery - Facilitate health and wellness educational sessions across various workgroups, identify training gaps, and develop specialist programs for high-risk groups in collaboration with workplace health and safety teams to support injury prevention and rehabilitation goals.

Communications and Marketing Strategy Implementation - Contribute to annual communications planning, collaborate with engagement teams to promote SAASfit participation, develop marketing materials, maintain intranet resources, and coordinate staff involvement in fitness-related community events and wellness campaigns.

Data Management and Quality Assurance- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols while managing participant databases, analysing program data to identify trends, preparing qualitative and quantitative reports, and ensuring currency of exercise physiology methods through ongoing literature review and technique implementation.
