Overview

Community nursing is a rewarding field where you’ll build strong connections with patients and families while supporting hospital avoidance strategies.

In Community & Allied Health, your wellbeing matters, we understand the importance of work-life balance and may be able to offer flexible working arrangements, including school hours, shorter shifts, or casual roles—especially within our Outpatient IV Antibiotic Program.

We offer a 7-day service from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, delivering high-quality nursing care in an outpatient setting—either in our clinic or in patients’ homes. You will provide nursing services such as: wound management, CVAD management, urinary catheter management, Baxter infusions, stoma management, medication administration, post-acute care and IV antibiotics.

You’ll be part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary team working alongside specialist nurses in areas such as: diabetes, breast cancer, prostate cancer, cardiac rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, pain management, stoma management, palliative Care, community aged care and NDIS.
