About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and flexible Casual Senior Support Services Officer to join our dedicated team in a dynamic rehabilitation care setting. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support clinicians, patients, and families through the provision of high-quality non-clinical services. Your contribution will be key to ensuring a responsive and patient-focused environment that promotes recovery, dignity, and comfort.

As a Senior Support Services Officer, you will play a hands-on role in maintaining cleanliness across the campus, supporting daily operational needs, and responding efficiently to service requests. About You

You're a compassionate and reliable team player who thrives in a supportive care environment. With a solid foundation in aged care or disability services, you bring strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to quality service, and the ability to work effectively across a 7-day roster.

  • Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability and relevant healthcare experience

  • Skilled in working within a multidisciplinary team, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

  • Confident in handling challenges, prioritising tasks, and working with minimal supervision

  • Knowledgeable in WHS, Equal Opportunity, and customer service best practices
