Are you a collaborative and visionary leader with a strong clinical background? This is your opportunity to guide the Allied Health Professional workforce, lead service redesign, and strengthen clinical governance across RMCLHN. Your work will directly influence the quality, accessibility, and innovation of allied health services in our communities.

About the Role:

As the Professional Lead Allied Health, you will lead the AHP leadership team and partner with RMCLHN Executive, Operational Managers, SA Health agencies, professional associations, registration boards, and universities. You will apply your expertise to deliver workforce development programs, service transformation projects, and evidence-based policy.

You will provide expert consultancy advice, manage significant projects, drive research initiatives, and champion learning and development opportunities for allied health professionals. Your leadership will ensure our services meet national and state reform agendas, while advancing RMCLHN’s priorities and delivering exceptional outcomes for patients and communities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must hold a recognised qualification within a relevant Allied Health profession and be eligible for membership of the relevant Professional Association.
  • For those disciplines requiring Registration, all requirements to maintain current registration must be fulfilled. For self-regulated professions, it is desirable to participate in the professional associations accredited continuous professional development program.
  • A higher qualification in a relevant area such as health service management, professional specialisation/clinical education will be highly regarded.
