  • Base Salary Range: $76,561 - $80,256 p.a (pro rata)
  • In addition to base salary, this position attracts Superannuation, Leave Loading, and Salary Sacrificing Benefits (salary packaging).

About the Role:

As the Aboriginal Workforce Plan Project Officer, you will contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of key projects that align with the SA Health Aboriginal Workforce Framework - Implementation Plan 2023–2031. Working closely with the Workforce and Development Business Partner and the Aboriginal Engagement and Development Officer, you will apply your knowledge and experience to help drive workforce growth, inclusion, and sustainability. In this role, you will support the delivery of culturally safe and effective workforce initiatives that foster Aboriginal employment, professional development, and leadership across the Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network.

About You:

  • Experience in project management and/or working on projects.
  • Experience in the preparation of reports, briefings, and correspondence.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing, maintaining and reviewing systems, practices, protocols, policies and procedures.
  • Proven experience in undertaking research activities, including collecting, analysing, consolidating and reporting on data or information from a variety of sources.
  • Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Experience in working with stakeholders and in partnership with government agencies and community groups to deliver mutual outcomes.
  • Experience working with Aboriginal consumers.

  • This is a part time vacancy, working 45 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
