Join our team as an HR Audit & Integrity Officer and become a key player in ensuring the quality of our workforce data. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement innovative HR processes and projects, making a real impact on how we operate at SALHN.

About the role: 

Duties for the role will include:

  • Implementing and maintaining processes that support the quality and integrity of workforce data.
  • Contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture.
  • Developing and delivering clear, relevant, and timely advice to stakeholders.
  • Providing data analysis and research activities related to workforce data quality

About you:

  • You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to provide high-quality customer service. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and under general direction.
  • Experience in the administration and maintenance of human resource information systems like CHRIS21.
  • A sound understanding of contemporary HR practices and the impact of change
