About the role: 

Reporting to the Director Digital Health, some of your duties for the role will include:

  • Experience in establishing, maintaining, and controlling appropriate records and filing systems
  • Assisting with recruitment process and completing HR paperwork
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as stock monitoring, ordering and maintaining ICT equipment
  • Actively participate in the Performance Review and Development program and undertake additional training where required
  • Coordinating research and preparing information for the Director Digital Health such as reports, briefing notes and correspondence on a range of complex and confidential issues

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in the preparation of committee papers, taking minutes at meetings, and following-up action items
  • Proven experience in the use of word processing and spreadsheet packages which results in the production of high quality, keyboard work
  • Ability to use initiative and work largely independently
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple changing, processes simultaneously, efficiently, and effectively
