    • WHA3 -  $1,106.10 - $1,117.60 per week (Pro-rata)
    • WHA4 -  $1,128.60 - $1,140.30 per week (Pro-rata)
  • Temporary Part time position working 36 hours per week (up to 23 October 2026), over a 7 day roster
  • Eligibility Open to Everyone

Please note that as this position is multi-classed as either a WHA4 or WHA3, the classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others? Join our team as a Direct Care Worker (Residential) and play an integral role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to residents of our Residential Care Home.

As a Direct Care Worker, you will be a key part of a multidisciplinary team, assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and continence management. You will work closely with health professionals to support residents’ mobility, personal care, and medication management, ensuring they live comfortably and with dignity. Your efforts will help create a warm and welcoming environment for residents while maintaining a high standard of care.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work with diverse residents and staff
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
  • Previous experience in a care environment or a similar role
  • Must have completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position to be appointed to WHA4 level.
