    • ENC/END $63,992 - $74,831 p.a (pro rata) + Superannuation + Salary Sacrifice Benefits
    • RN/RM1 $74,831 - $102,103 p.a (pro rata) + Superannuation + Salary Sacrifice Benefits
  • Multiple Permanent and Temporary Full Time/Part Time positions available (FTE negotiable), working over a 7-day roster – including option of permanent night shift.

 

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

We are looking for Enrolled & Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team at Strathalbyn & District Health Service - Aged Care. In these ongoing full-time or part-time roles, you will provide high-quality care to residents while working as an integral part of a supportive and collaborative team.

We are pleased to offer flexible rostering options, including the opportunity for those who prefer to work a permanent night shift roster.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

As an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse at Strathalbyn Aged Care, you will ensure the highest standards of care are met within our health care service team by:

  • You will use your full range of skills as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to support residents wellbeing
  • You will be responsible for working collaboratively within a team of like-minded professionals to deliver such services in a timely and safe manner.
  • You will ensure that all clinical guidelines and practices are applied whilst managing the needs of the residents
  • Assist with quality improvement activities and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?

Working in this environment, it is important to us that we only employ people with the upmost integrity and commitment to serving the South Australian community and its visitors to the highest possible standards. To ensure that we meet that commitment there are a few checks that you will be required to undertake. These are detailed on the Role Description, but are likely to include the following:

  • You will need to be immunised. Please contact the Enquiries Person for this position if you have any queries. Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy. Further information is in the application for to help guide you. 
  • You will need to undergo employment screening, what you require is also on the front page of the Role Description.
  • You will be required to hold registration with AHPRA to practice as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse within our organisation.
