    • $1,084.00 - $1,095.10 per week (pro rata)
    • $28.53 - $36.03 per hour + 25% casual loading
  • Multiple ongoing part time (hours per week negotiable) and casual contracts available

We’re looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Services Assistants to join our supportive team at Burra Multi-Purpose Service. With multiple permanent part-time and casual opportunities available, this is a great chance to take on a rewarding role in regional healthcare.

In this hands-on and people-focused role, you'll help ensure the health unit is clean, welcoming, and running smoothly - contributing directly to the wellbeing of patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Services Assistant, you’ll contribute to a range of support services, including:

  • Catering support: food preparation, plating, and meal delivery
  • Cleaning and housekeeping to maintain a safe, hygienic environment
  • Laundry and linen duties, including sorting, folding, and delivery
  • General support across utility services and supplies

Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements:

  • DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check
  • National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)
  • Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A
