About the role

Lead and coordinate Early Parent Groups to improve outcomes for children and families. Provide clinical expertise, project oversight and change leadership within CaFHS. Report to the Strategy and Reform leadership and partner with WCHN and external agencies.

Key duties of the role

  • Lead the delivery of Early Parent Groups to improve outcomes for children and families.
  • Develop, implement and evaluate models of care, policies and resources.
  • Provide specialist clinical advice and support to CaFHS staff and leaders.
  • Drive innovation, change management and continuous service improvement.
  • Build partnerships with CaFHS, WCHN and external agencies to support families.

Skills and Experience

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Nurse with practicing certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years post-registration nursing experience in child and family health.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Child and Family Health (or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to lead change, manage projects and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering parenting programs and working effectively with Aboriginal families.
