Are you looking for an opportunity to provide vital support in a dynamic healthcare environment? Join RMCLHN as a Business Support Officer and play a key role in delivering high quality, confidential and customer-focused administrative services to clients, staff and visitors at the Riverland Community Health Service.

About the Role:

As a Business Support Officer, you will be an integral member of the Business Support Team, contributing to smooth daily operations and professional front-line service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting staff with administrative tasks and participating in regular team meetings.
  • Taking and relaying clear and accurate messages.
  • Acting as minute secretary for committees and working parties as required.
  • Attending to client enquiries in person or by phone, providing accurate advice and assistance.
  • Welcoming and directing clients and visitors professionally and efficiently.

This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service in a busy healthcare setting.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in providing administrative and clerical support services.
  • Developing spreadsheets using the Microsoft Excel application.
