About the Role 

Join us as our Business Manager, where your leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Program. You’ll oversee a dynamic team of administrative staff, driving excellence in service delivery while managing recruitment and fostering a collaborative environment. Your expertise in business reform and human resource management will ensure our workforce is well-equipped to meet challenges head-on. You’ll provide essential guidance on risk management and administrative processes, helping us maintain a robust and efficient operational framework.

In this engaging position, you'll be at the forefront of quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the Program. Your strategic insight will influence decision-making and enhance information management practices, ensuring that our services remain top-notch.   • Strong communicator with proven negotiation skills, able to engage effectively with all levels of management and staff.
  • Experienced leader, adept at motivating and managing teams while thriving under pressure and embracing feedback.
