About the Role:

As a Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C), you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality mental health nursing services across a variety of settings. Developing from competent to proficient practice, you’ll take accountability for your own professional standards while providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff. In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you’ll also take on portfolio duties that align with your career development, giving you the opportunity to grow while making a meaningful impact. Join a team that is dedicated to strengthening mental health care and improving outcomes for our community.

As a Registered Nurse (RN/M1), you will be at the forefront of delivering evidence-based, recovery-focused mental health care that meets the needs of both consumers and the wider community. With opportunities to develop your skills through continuous professional growth, you’ll provide integrated services across community, acute, and rehabilitation settings. Your role will involve preventative, therapeutic, and evaluative approaches, engaging in individual and family therapies, group programs, and health promotion initiatives. As your career progresses, you’ll take accountability for your practice while supporting colleagues, making a tangible difference in people’s lives and contributing to the future of mental health care.

As an Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, or Social Worker (AHP1/2), you’ll bring specialised expertise to deliver services tailored to the unique needs of consumers, carers, and families. Working with reduced clinical direction, you’ll support the development of less experienced staff and students while collaborating in a dynamic multidisciplinary team. You’ll draw on a range of approaches—preventative, early intervention, treatment, and evaluative—using evidence-based practices to provide psychological assessments, individual and family therapies, group programs, and community development initiatives. Your contribution will be vital in enhancing mental health services and supporting the overall wellbeing of the community.
