    • $30.01 - $32.28 per hour + 25% casual loading

Join the dedicated Outpatient Department team at Mount Gambier and Districts Health Service, where your strong organisational skills and customer service focus will make a difference every day. As an Administrative Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, referrals, and clinic waitlists in the Electronic Medical Record system.
  • Provide a welcoming and efficient reception service, managing phone and face-to-face enquiries with professionalism.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and management of patient records, admissions, and documentation.
  • Liaise with medical and nursing staff to support daily clinic operations and maintain effective communication across the team.
