  • Salary: $67,589 to $72,033 – ASO3 – Full Time / Term Contract up to 12 Months

Overview:

  • Contributing to the ongoing operations of procurement and supply chain systems to enable the full range of services to be provided by Procurement and Supply Chain Management across Health.
  • Adhering to security policies and guidelines regarding system and user administration.
  • Contributing to the achievement of agreed service levels
  • Supporting the procurement systems by undertaking data updates, handling user enquiries,
  • contribute to problem resolution and assisting in the preparation of business and system documentation.
  • Providing a customer focussed and professional service relating to the activities of the Directorate
  • Contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of business stakeholders and end users.
  • Providing advice and guidance to user groups regarding core applications and how they work within their business processes.
  • Contributing to the analysis, planning, management and delivery of a range of procurement and business process improvement activities for SA Health.
  • Identifying and resolving system, integration or data issues and providing advice to end users.
  • Assisting the identification, review and evaluation of application, functional and user support requirements to support the core procurement and supply chain systems across SA Health

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
