About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Children’s Audiology Service at the Women’s and Children’s Health Network. This role will provide administrative and reception support to Children’s Audiology Service departments in addition to supporting the administration needs of the manager.

Key duties of the role

  • Provide a reception service and administrative support  
  • Receive and process referrals within target timeframes
  • Undertake data entry

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a clerical/secretarial/data entry role using Sunrise (Electronic Medical Records)
  • Previous experience in a front line customer focussed service.
  • Experience in providing administrative support service to senior staff, including drafting and editing of general correspondence/minutes.
