About the role

Provides administrative and customer service support for the Child and Family Health Service Metro North site. Reports to the Administrative Coordinator/Manager and supports local teams to deliver efficient, professional and client-focused services.

Key duties of the role

  • Deliver professional, high-quality customer service across multiple Child and Family Health Service sites
  • Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to management, clinical and regional staff
  • Maintain data integrity, electronic records and documentation in line with departmental procedures
  • Coordinate appointment bookings, correspondence and general office workflows
  • Support daily operations, contributing to a cohesive and responsive multidisciplinary team

Skills and Experience

  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and staff
  • Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service within a health or service setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, data entry and record management systems
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
