About the Role

Join us in shaping the future of healthcare in South Australia. As CALHN’s Workforce Strategist, you’ll take the lead in creating bold, forward-thinking workforce strategies that tackle some of the most important challenges in health today. Working side-by-side with People & Culture and senior clinical leaders, you’ll influence decisions that directly improve patient care while helping us attract, develop and keep world-class talent. Health experience is highly desirable, and we welcome applicants from across Australia—our relocation package makes the move to Adelaide easy and exciting.

You’re a strategic thinker and collaborative problem-solver who thrives on shaping the future of a large, complex organisation. Your ability to build strong relationships, turn data into insight and communicate with influence will help CALHN deliver workforce strategies that make a real difference to patient care.

  • Skilled Communicator – Confidently present complex ideas and negotiate outcomes with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Data-Driven Planner – Experienced in workforce analytics, forecasting and translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
  • Collaborative Partner – Proven track record of building strong relationships and driving results through effective business partnering.
  • Organised & Agile – Able to balance multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines while working both independently and in a team.
