WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

Join the caring and professional Country Health Connect team as a Palliative Care Clinical Nurse, delivering high-quality, person-centred care across the Barossa Hills Fleurieu region.

The Casual Pool has opportunities across Barossa/Gawler, Adelaide Hills, and Southern Fleurieu/Kangaroo Island, giving you the flexibility to work in communities you enjoy while supporting clients to remain at home for as long as possible.

In this role, you will assess individual client needs, plan and coordinate care, and provide clinical guidance to less experienced staff. Make a meaningful difference to clients and their families while enjoying flexible weekend work, professional development opportunities, and collaboration within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

  • Provide leadership, support and guidance to Enrolled Nurses, students and less experienced staff.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and quality improvement within the palliative care team.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?
