About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Senior Administration Officer within the Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care Division.

In this role you will provide high-level administrative support within our busy division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • provide comprehensive administrative support to clinical and management teams
  • coordinate meetings, appointments and correspondence
  • maintain accurate records and databases
  • contribute to divisional planning and assist with resource allocation
  • support quality improvement initiatives and reporting requirements

About You:

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate experience in senior administrative roles and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and prioritise competing demands.
