Support Patient Care and Comfort – Services Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Services Assistant to provide timely, efficient, and effective catering, cleaning, and general support services across the Port Lincoln Health Service.

Reporting to the Unit Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff, contributing to the smooth operation of daily hospital services.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience or willingness to work in catering, housekeeping, and laundry services.
  • Ability to perform tasks such as food preparation, plating, service, and delivery to clients.
  • Competence in general housekeeping, including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and minor repairs.
  • Ability to manage laundry duties including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and minor repairs of linen and uniforms.

Applicant Information

This is a part time vacancy, working 55 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
