    • AHP3 $108,347 - $116,216 p.a + superannuation + salary sacrifice benefits
    • RN3 $125,183 - $130,779 p.a +superannuation + salary sacrifice benefits
  • Temporary Full Time up to 12 June 2026 (5-day roster)

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within our Community Mental Health team at Gawler. As Team Leader, you will bring your expertise and clinical leadership to guide a dedicated multidisciplinary team, ensuring recovery-focused, evidence-based, and integrated mental health care for consumers, their carers and the community. In this role, you’ll enjoy the variety and impact of leading service delivery, mentoring staff, and building partnerships across agencies – all while contributing to innovation and continuous improvement in mental health care.

  • You will need to be immunised.  The policy on immunisation is very detailed, so please contact the Enquiries Person for this position if you have any queries.  Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy
  • You will need to undergo employment screening, what you require is also on the front page of the Role Description.
  • You will be required to hold registration with AHPRA to practice as a Registered Nurse or relevant Allied Health Professional within our organisation.
