Overview

The Yorke & Northern Local Health Network (YNLHN) is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Trial Coordinator to join our Research Division. This role supports the delivery of high-quality clinical trials across regional, rural, and remote South Australia as part of the Australian Teletrial Program, ensuring patients can access cutting-edge research closer to home.

About the Role

As a Clinical Research Trial Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate and support the conduct of clinical trials and related research.
  • Manage patient consents, assessments, and research documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ethics, and governance standards.
  • Liaise with clinicians, research partners, trial sponsors, and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the advancement of rural health research capacity.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Registration (or eligibility) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements for clinical research in Australia.
  • Experience in coordinating or supporting clinical trials, including participant management and data collection.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to patient-centred care, teamwork, and professional integrity.
