Overview: The Project Officer plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing projects that align with the strategic and business objectives of the CEIH. This dynamic position involves supporting and coordinating various project activities, including research, stakeholder consultation, planning, design, delivery, and closure. Monitoring and reporting on project status to ensure compliance with governance arrangements will also be key responsibilities.

In this role you may be contributing to multiple projects across various functional areas within the CEIH, managing them from initiation to completion. The Project Officer reports to the Clinical Informatics Director and will provide specialised administrative support, document production, and reporting functions while collaborating closely with all CEIH employees and managers.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

  • A ‘National Police Certificate’ NPC (also known as a ‘Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check’ NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
