About the Role

Are you an experienced healthcare leader looking to make a significant impact in neuroscience and rehabilitation services? As a key member of the Neuroscience and Rehabilitation Program Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will coordinate and manage operational activities across the program, ensuring high-quality, safe, and sustainable care. You’ll work closely with the Program Director to set strategic direction, operational standards, and objectives for clinical and administrative services, driving excellence across the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit (BIRU), Spinal Rehabilitation Unit (SRU), and broader service areas.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence program-wide outcomes, from workforce management and financial performance to quality, risk, and compliance. You’ll support complex change initiatives, monitor key performance indicators, and implement strategies that enhance service delivery and sustainability. Qualifications for AHP5

Appropriate Allied Health qualification from a recognised tertiary institution, giving eligibility for registration with relevant professional body and/or membership with the relevant professional association.

Qualifications for RN-5.3

Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate
