Join our Respiratory & Sleep Team as an Administration Assistant! 

About the role: 

Reporting to the Administration Manager as the Administration Assistant you will be providing administrative support to the Respiratory and Sleep Services Department, Laboratories and Outpatient Services clinics.

Duties will include;

  • Acting as a point of reference to patients, relatives, hospital staff, General Practitioners, and members of the public to assist in the smooth running of various Outpatient Clinics and the Respiratory Department,
  • Supporting other staff within the division by assisting with administrative duties,
  • Perform accurate and timely billing of Sleep Laboratory and Clinic visits,
  • Working cooperatively with other members of the team.

About you:

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment,
  • Ability to demonstrate tact, courtesy and prudence when dealing with enquiries,
  • Highly developed communication skills to interact effectively with a variety of professional and nonprofessional people, including patients,
  • Ability to work under limited supervision and with a high degree of independence, determine priorities, perform well under pressure and forward plan.
