About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care alongside our dedicated team of health professionals. Working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife, you will provide compassionate and effective care that supports the health and wellbeing of patients. Your role will involve working across a variety of clinical settings, contributing to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of care, while always remaining accountable for your own nursing practice.

This position offers the opportunity to develop and grow from a novice to a proficient Enrolled Nurse, with ongoing support, training and professional development. About you

You’re a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse who brings both clinical capability and a commitment to delivering safe, person-centred care. With the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, you approach challenges with flexibility and professionalism, always striving to provide the highest standards of care.

  • You are enrolled (or eligible for enrolment) with the Nursing Board of Australia and hold (or are eligible to hold) a current practising certificate.

  • You demonstrate effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, and can prioritise tasks under minimal supervision.

  • You bring relevant clinical experience, sound understanding of professional and legislative requirements, and uphold quality and safety standards in care.

  • You are patient-focused, adaptable, and eager to contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within the healthcare setting.
