As a Clinical Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you’ll use your clinical expertise and leadership to guide best practice, coordinate care, and ensure that consumers and their families receive holistic, recovery-focused support. About You

You are a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurse who brings strong clinical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to delivering person-centred care. You thrive in a dynamic environment, working collaboratively with consumers, carers, and colleagues to support recovery and wellbeing.

  • Qualified and Registered: You are registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a recognised postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing (or equivalent).

  • Experienced and Skilled: You bring at least three years’ post-registration experience, demonstrating advanced clinical competence in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.

  • Leadership and Collaboration: You show effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and work confidently within multidisciplinary teams to drive positive change and foster professional growth.

  • Knowledgeable and Ethical: You apply sound knowledge of contemporary mental health frameworks, legislation, and professional standards, ensuring safe, ethical, and recovery-focused practice.
