About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join WCHN as the Communications Manager, New Women’s and Children’s Hospital Project (New WCH Project). This role is responsible for the strategic oversight, development and implementation of all communication strategies and plans that support the Project.

Key duties of the role

  • Lead and implement strategic communications for the New WCH Project
  • Ensure consistent, transparent and timely communication with stakeholders
  • Promote public awareness and understanding of the project’s goals, milestones and benefits

Skills and experience

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive experience in consulting with and building partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and developing internal, external and community engagement processes for large, complex projects and issues
