Join Our Team as a Heated Pool Team Leader – Lead Safe, High-Quality Health and Wellness Services

Make a difference by ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our heated pool facility, supporting community health and wellbeing through excellent service and care.

About the Role:

As the Heated Pool Team Leader, you’ll coordinate the daily operations of the pool facility, ensuring it runs efficiently and delivers high-quality, consumer-focused health services. You’ll oversee the maintenance of equipment, uphold safety and infection control standards, and ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations.

In this leadership role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining a welcoming environment, supporting staff, and ensuring services meet the needs of all pool users while promoting health, safety, and community engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in the supervision of staff as a Team Leader.
  • Experience in determining and appraising methods of work organisation, which includes implementing detailed directions and procedures and assisting in the provision of on-the-job training.
  • Experience in maintaining staff rosters.
  • Experience in dealing with the general public and children.
  • Experience in cash handling procedures which meet audit requirements.
  • Experience in the use of computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
  • Proven experience in exercising own judgement and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.

  • Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A
