About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an Asset Site Manager to join our Engineering and Building Services team.

As the Asset Site Manager you will provide practical and innovative facility planning and operational management of the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA). 

In this role, you will oversee asset management operations ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and efficient for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • manage maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs across hospital facilities
  • oversee contractor services and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • monitor asset performance and recommend improvements
  • maintain accurate records and reporting systems
  • collaborate with clinical and support teams to minimise service disruptions

The Asset Site Manager will manage the business relationships between the health unit and the AGFMA service provider to that location.

About You:

To excel in this role you will possess demonstrated and extensive experience in maintenance coordination and asset management in a complex health organisation. Strong communication and organisational skills, capability to build and maintain effective working relationships and proven problem solving, decision making, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills are essential in this role.
