About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NDIS Administration Officer to join the Healthy Families Team within the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network (YNLHN). This role supports the efficient and effective administration of NDIS services, providing high-quality administrative support to the NDIS Coordinator.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and scheduling NDIS-funded appointments using eNDIS and CCCME.
  • Maintaining and updating NDIS client files and documentation.
  • Assisting with monitoring service plans, budgets, and reporting.
  • Providing professional, responsive, and culturally safe customer service to clients and stakeholders.

About You

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. Experience in a health or disability service environment and knowledge of NDIS systems (such as eNDIS, PRODA, or CCCME) are desirable.
