Overview:

The Clinical Networks Portfolio Manager is part of the Networks Team, Consumer and Clinical Partnerships, and reports to the Director Clinical Networks. The primary objectives of the Clinical Networks Portfolio Manager are to lead, coordinate and facilitate delivery of a suite of major projects and priority initiatives being undertaken by the CEIH.

This role is responsible for:

  • Leading and coordinating CEIH high priority health system projects including the co-design, development and implementation of initiatives to address complex challenges.
  • Leading a team to provide operational support to Statewide Clinical Networks.
  • Facilitating collaboration with the Clinical Leads, expert advisory groups, and CEIH teams. 
  • Facilitating the building and maintenance of interaction and consultation with key stakeholders including industry, private sector and research, liaising with all parts of the health system and promoting regional links across the continuum of care.
  • Facilitating the development and deployment of tools and approaches that ensure effective project delivery and integration.
  • Facilitating and coordinating the evaluation of the CEIH approach to major project delivery.
