About the role

Provide high-level administrative and reception support for the Paediatric Eating Disorders Service. Coordinate bookings, records, and communication while supporting the multidisciplinary team across the Adolescent Ward.

Key duties of the role

  • Answer calls, manage enquiries, and support patient bookings
  • Prepare correspondence, agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy in EMR
  • Coordinate referrals, transfers, and interpreter requests
  • Support quality improvement through record keeping and reporting

Skills and experience

  • Proven admin or secretarial experience in health or related setting
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and EMR/patient systems
  • Able to manage competing priorities under minimal supervision
  • Commitment to confidentiality and team collaboration
