About the role

The Administration Assistant provides efficient administrative and business support for 3D Health, including financial, and project coordination. They handle data collection, minute taking, report collation, and assist with briefs, ensuring smooth program operations with minimal supervision.

Key duties of the role

  • Manage and organise administrative support
  • Ensure stationery and supplies are available or purchased to meet requirements
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and/or replacements in a timely manner
  • Distribute, direct, and action all incoming mail, handle enquiries courteously and promptly
  • Ensure documents are filed, retrieved, and tracked efficiently

Skills and Experience

  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to foster professional working relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure, achieve desired outcomes and maintain a positive approach to work in a changing environment
  • Experience providing a range of administrative/executive support services and in business systems development
  • Experience working in areas where confidentiality must be applied and maintained
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications, Oracle and Basware.
