Rewarding Opportunity: Community Support Worker – Eyre & Far North LHN

Join our Home Support team in Eyre and Far North Local Health Network as a compassionate Community Support Worker and help people live independently, safely, and with dignity.

In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver vital support services - including personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, transport, and social connection - to people who are frail, aged, or living with a disability. Working in people’s homes or within Residential Aged Care, you’ll promote wellbeing and empower individuals to remain active participants in their lives.

Guided by the Consumer Directed Care model, you’ll collaborate with consumers and their families to help them achieve their personal goals and maintain control over their care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or Home and Community)
  • A person-centred approach, with empathy and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse needs

Applicant Information

This is a part time vacancy, working 38 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
