About the Role:

The Administrative Officer provides efficient and well-organised administrative support to the Allied and Community Health Division, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations under the direction of the Team Leader and Administration Coordinator – Patient Services & Country Health Connect. This role is responsible for managing correspondence, responding to enquiries, coordinating meetings and appointments, and maintaining a high standard of professional and responsive administrative service.

About You:

  • Client and customer services experience.
  • Proven experience in the provision of administrative support services to health services including the maintenance of records and systems.
  • Proven experience in the compilation of statistical information.
  • Previous experience in establishing and maintaining effective office systems and procedures.

Applicant Information:

  • Whyalla is offering multiple positions part time vacancies, hours to be negotiated and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
  • The Port August position is a part time vacancy, working 45 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
