About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and compassionate Speech Pathologists to provide comprehensive and integrated speech pathology services that meet the needs of the local community. Working under the direction of the Senior Manager – Speech Pathology, you will be part of a supportive multi-professional team dedicated to improving health outcomes through preventative, early intervention, treatment, and evaluation approaches.

As a Speech Pathologist (AHP1), you will provide clinical services across a range of settings, developing your professional knowledge and practical skills while working collaboratively with other health professionals and community service providers. You will play a key role in supporting individuals and families through assessment, therapy, and health promotion activities.

As a Speech Pathologist (AHP2), you will apply your clinical experience and specialist knowledge to independently plan, deliver, and evaluate a broad range of speech pathology services. You will also provide clinical support and guidance to less experienced professionals, allied health assistants, and students, contributing to a culture of learning and professional excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must hold a recognised qualification within Speech Pathology profession and be eligible for full membership of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • As a self-regulated progression, it is desirable to participate in Speech Pathology Australia’s Professional Self-Regulation (PSR) program.
