About the role

The Administration Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient administrative support for client service delivery. Working closely with the team, they ensure consistent, streamlined services aligned with corporate procedures and SA Health policies. They also provide guidance, training, and feedback to administrative staff, contributing to effective service outcomes.

Key duties of the role

  • Oversee and support administrative staff through workload monitoring, rostering, recruitment, performance reviews, and training to ensure efficient, customer-focused service delivery.
  • Manage ordering, monitoring, and reporting of regional resources and maintain accurate asset registers to support operational efficiency.
  • Oversee key administrative processes, including timesheets, leave, invoicing, and communication across multiple sites to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience supervising staff, managing recruitment, performance reviews, and coordinating high-volume administrative tasks efficiently and confidentially.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records while working under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with records management and administrative information systems.
